SpectrumColourAssessments and Counselling is a company formally founded by Counselling Psychologist Orepa Maite, in 2018. The company has informally existed for many years, it was founded on the believe that greatness/intelligence is broad, just like the spectrum of light, each ray as equally beautiful and worth embracing.

At SpectrumColourAssessments and Counselling we do not judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, furthermore we understand that even though a fish is a creature of water, we do not expect even fish of the same species to have the same abilities, we embrace and encourage the uniqueness of individuals.

SpectrrumColourAssessments and Counselling provides workshops and outreach programs to institutions of education and companies, our programs are done in groups and are aimed at :

• Improving learners and students' academic performance through appropriate intervention strategies

•  Improving learner-parent relationships,

• Providing guidance for learners, students and prospective employees in career choices that are in line with their interests and personalities

•  Assisting employees thrive in their fields and improving productivity.
